We start out project with a strategy call and review your questionnaire, then nail down our action plan and priorities for the next weeks. We’ll cover every open questions and details regarding your project.

I recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks before you want the project to be done. This will ensure your spot in my calendar and will give you time to prepare the necessary information I'll need.
Our calls will be online with video to which I recommend logging in from your laptop as I will share my screen and you won't be able to see it from your phone. During the project I mostly use email as main communication form, however, I am also happy to use Whatsapp or Viber for a quick check-in.
Yes! If you want to sell your products or services I can help you. I work with WooCommerce and Shopify to create online stores. As for membership sites, Podia, MemberPress, Kajabi and Kartra are my go-to platforms. Please inquire to see if we're a good fit.
Yes. I offer a 4x payment plan. You'll need to pay a nonrefundable deposit, 25% upon contract signing in order to officially secure your spot in my calendar. The remaining amount will be scheduled based on our contract.

I mostly use Showit and Wordpress (with the Divi Builder) for website projects, however, for online stores I offer both WooCommerce and Shopify solutions. Please inquire to see which one would be the best for you.
I understand that there are times when you would need to reschedule, therefore, I'll do my best to accommodate that and find the best solution for both of us.
There is a nonrefundable deposit paid at the booking to secure your spot, which you'll lose in case of cancellation.
Yes! I will be here to make sure you get comfortable with your new design. You’ll receive 4 weeks of support after your project launches which you can use to ask questions and clarify any doubts you might have. This support does not include any additional project work, and is limited to the scope of work we completed during the project.
You will also receive a custom training video library with information on how to use and update your website.
The time will vary based on the complexity of the project however, there are some common elements you will need to work on either prior or during our project. This includes having a clear understanding about your business, target audience, offerings, preparing your content - text + photos, anything that will go to the site or design.
The sooner you have these the easier the project will be and the faster we can get you the results you're looking for.
We'll also have some calls where I'll need your input and feedback, like the Strategy call and those calls where I'll present the designs and would need your feedback afterwards.
Yes, I the package includes 3-months premium website maintenance. Once the time is up, you can sign up for the same package or pick from my other website maintenance packages to keep your website safe and secure.
