After our call, I’ll send over the Contract and deposit invoice to lock in your date. Once you’re officially on my calendar, you’ll receive all the details of the project, including the custom-to-you Questionnaire.
After you filled out your questionnaire, we’ll hop on a call and review it, then nail down our action plan and priorities for the next weeks. We’ll review mockups of your new design before I develop it during your project.

My Website Transformation package is a great option if you need a more robust website with multiple pages to support your business. We'll start with strategy and the foundations of your business so your new site can fulfill the goals you set for your business, whether it's increasing sales, generating more leads or getting more subscribers. We have regular calls throughout and training videos at the end so you know how to use your site. There will be clear steps along the way so you will always know what's coming up next.
I recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks before you want the project to start. This will ensure your spot in my calendar and will give you time to prepare the necessary information I'll need.
Our calls will be online with video to which I recommend logging in from your laptop as I will share my screen and you won't be able to see it from your phone. During the project I mostly use email as main communication form, however, I am also happy to use Whatsapp or Viber for a quick check-in.
Yes! I'm happy to help with template projects too. The process will be similar, however, we might change the template layout a bit to match your business needs, so you get the most out of your template. Don't worry, this will all be clarified during our calls.
Yes. I offer a 30-35-35% payment plan. You'll need to pay a nonrefundable deposit, 30% upon contract signing in order to officially secure your spot in my calendar. The remaining amount will be scheduled based on our contract.

I mostly use Showit and Wordpress (with the Divi Builder) for website projects, however, for online stores I offer both WooCommerce Shopify solutions. Please inquire to see which one would be the best for you.
I understand that there are times when you would need to reschedule, therefore, I'll do my best to accommodate that and find the best solution for both of us.
There is a nonrefundable deposit paid at the booking to secure your spot, which you'll lose in case of cancellation.
Yes! I will be here to make sure you get comfortable with your new design. You’ll receive 2 weeks of support after your project laumch which you can use to ask questions and clarify any doubts you might have. This support does not include any additional project work, and is limited to the scope of work we completed during the project.
You will also receive a training video library with information on how to use and update your website.
The time will vary based on the complexity of the project however, there are some common elements you will need to work on either prior or during our project. Prior the project, you'll need to fill out the detailed questionnaire regarding your business, branding, photos and copy. This will require more of your time, hence why you'll get to do it before the project sprint starts.
I suggest to have these questions sorted out in your head before even signing up to a project like this.
During the project your main task will be to participate on the calls and provide feedback on time. This is a less intense period, however, I still encourage you to allocate enough time.
Yes, I offer monthly website care plans from basic to premium support. This is perfectly complementing each one of my packages from a one-page website to a full e-commerce store. Please inquire if you're interested.
