Your Done-in-a-day project runs from 10AM – 6PM CEST time and I’ll be working only on your project for the entire day. I'll send you updates and might reach out to specify some things. You’ll receive an email recap once the day ends.
Every Done-in-a-day project comes with five days of post-project support via email. Website projects also come with a custom video training library.

Strategy call
After our call, I’ll send over the Contract and deposit invoice to lock in your date. Once you’re officially on my calendar, you’ll receive all the details of the project, includeing the custom-to-you Questionnaire.
The day before your Done-in-a-day project, we’ll hop on a call and review your questionnaire, then nail down our action plan and priorities for the next day. We’ll review mockups of your new design before I develop it during your Done-in-a-day.

My Done-in-a-day is a great service for those who need quick solution. It can be used to get a one-page website for your business, a sales page for your offer or program, the SEO updated on the site, mini-branding to start out, marketing collaterals a consistent brand look, and an up to 5 page design done in Figma you can give to a developer.
I recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks before you want the project to be done. This will ensure your spot in my calendar and will give you time to prepare the necessary information I'll need.
Our calls will be online with video to which I recommend logging in from your laptop as I will share my screen and you won't be able to see it from your phone. During the project I mostly use email as main communication form, however, I am also happy to use Whatsapp or Viber for a quick check-in.
Yes! These are mostly used for website maintenance and updates. They are available for clients I already worked with when they need help with adding blog posts, or new information to their site. If you think this is for you, please inquire to see how can I help.
Yes. Done-in-a-day packages can be paid in a 50-50% payment plan. You'll need to pay a nonrefundable deposit, 50% upon contract signing in order to officially secure your spot in my calendar. The remaining amount will be due before the project is done.
I mostly use Showit and Wordpress (with the Divi Builder) for website projects, however, for online stores I offer both WooCommerce Shopify solutions. Please inquire to see which one would be the best for you.
I understand that there are times when you would need to reschedule, therefore, I'll do my best to accommodate that and find the best solution for both of us.
There is a nonrefundable deposit paid at the booking to secure your spot, which you'll lose in case of cancellation.
Yes! I will be here to make sure you get comfortable with your new design. You’ll receive five days of post-launch support in case of any Done-in-a-day projects which you can use to ask any questions or clarify your doubts. This support does not include any additional project work, and is limited to the scope of work we completed during the project.
You will also receive a custom training video library with information on updating your website.
The time will vary based on the project we're working on, however, there are some common elements you will need to work on either prior or during our project. This includes having a clear understanding about your business, target audience, offerings, preparing your content - text + photos, anything that will go to the site or design.
The sooner you have these the easier the project will be and the faster we can get you the results you're looking for.
We'll also have some calls where I'll need your input and feedback, like the Strategy call and in case of Brand and Web projects we'll have more calls where I'll present the designs and would need your feedback afterwards.
