The Jessica Energy had a unique service offering but lacked a clear brand message and automated systems where clients can easily book. Jess realized that a new branding and a new website can provide numerous benefits for her business. Firstly, it can help establish a strong brand identity that sets her apart from competitors and creates a lasting impression on her high-end clients. This can lead to increased brand recognition and customer loyalty. Additionally, a well-designed website can improve user experience and make it easier for customers to find the information they need, ultimately leading to more conversions and sales.
The goal of a brand and website project was to create a strong image for Jess so she can attract more high-end clients, build a stong tribe for her luxury retreats and make it easy for people to book her services online.
We started off with a detailed branding workshop to understand Jess' business, her brand and target audience. Based on our discussion, I put together her brand strategy, a new identity and designed her new logo. She could instantly use this identity during her brand photoshoot.

We conducted extensive research on the industry and target audience to understand their needs and preferences. We also analyzed the competitors' websites and branding strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.
Based on our findings, we have developed a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the needs and preferences of her target audience. Her strategy includes a strong online presence through social media and a user-friendly website design that sets her apart from her competitors. Additionally, we integrated Dubsado, a CRM platform to handle seamless online bookings and offer a high-end experience to her clients. We are confident that our approach will lead to increased sales and customer loyalty in the industry.
I designed 3 logo concepts and presented them to Jess. After feedback and revisions, we finalized a logo that represented the brand's values and uniqueness. We also designed a custom color palette and typography that complemented the logo and conveyed the brand's personality.
Based on my findings throughout the website strategy workshop I designed each page in Figma and asked for feedback from Jess. Then, with using that final design I built a responsive website that incorporated the new branding elements and showcased the online products in an engaging way.
We optimized the website for search engines and ensured it was user-friendly and accessible on all devices.To further enhance the user experience, we also implemented a streamlined checkout process and integrated social media sharing buttons.
The process included extensive testing to ensure the website was fully functional and free of any bugs or glitches. The end result is a visually stunning and highly functional website that effectively showcases Jess' services and luxury retreat.
